Certification & Inspection
Professional certification and inspection across mechanical, structural and civil scopes — the sign-off that lets fabrication and installation proceed.
Simulation & Analysis
FEA to check a structure under load and DEM to model how bulk material flows through it, so the design is proven before steel is cut.
3D Laser Scanning
We scan existing plant to millimetre accuracy, so new equipment is designed against the real as-built — not an old drawing — and fits first time.
Sectors we serve
Who we work with.
We work across four sectors. Most of our project work is in mining and metals, with related work in pyrometallurgical plant, agriculture and industrial buildings. Each sector has its own loads, materials and standards, and we design and certify to suit.
Mining & metals
Materials-handling and processing plant for mines and metals operations. We design bins, chutes, transfer points, load-out stations and conveyor structures, along with the steelwork that supports them. This is the core of our project work.
Pyrometallurgical
Structures and equipment for furnaces, smelters and high-temperature process plant. We design and certify for thermal load and expansion, where material selection and detailing matter more than in ambient conditions.
Agricultural
Materials-handling equipment for agriculture and agri-processing. We design conveyors, handling systems and processing structures, certified to the same standard as our mining work.
Industrial Architecture
Steel-framed buildings and structures for industrial and plant sites. We design the building and the process equipment it houses as one coordinated package.
